Funhouse Comedy is back at the Walnut Tree Inn, Blisworth on Thursday March 26th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the unique and distinctive Paul Tonkinson who has been a special guest on Michael McIntyre’s live UK tours, on his global arena tour playing to millions across the globe and on BBC’s ‘Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow’. Known for his effervescent physicality and skilful impressions, which bring alive exuberant, tender comic reflections on love, family and the day-to-day idiosyncrasies of 21st century living. A plethora of first class material, combined with tremendous charm and irrepressible, infectious energy make for quite a formidable talent.

Opening the night will be Edinburgh Festival best newcomer award nominee, writer, voiceover artist and comedian the immediately likeable Chris Washington, who has appeared on ‘Mock The Week’ and supported Jason Manford on tour. A former postman he uses his Northern charm along with his hilarious tales to entertain the crowds.

Also appearing is Will Scambler who mixes witty observations and embarrassing stories from his life.

Completing the line-up will be the unique and funny John Smith.

Compere for the night is James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour he previously worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his ‘Walk of Fame’.
