The Folly Theatre – Ranger Rita & Once Upon A Fairy Tale

23 June @ 2:30 pm - 4:45 pm

£12.50

Join us for an afternoon of fun with local theatre company Laugh Out Loud.

ONCE UPON A FAIRY TALE 2.20PM

“Once Upon A Fairy Tale” is a 45 minute pantomime-style show aimed at younger years. Once upon a time there lived a girl called Little Red Riding Hood who came across a house in the woods where three bears lived. One day a wolf came along and he huffed and he puffed and he blew the house down!

Hang on a second, something doesn’t seem right… Can you help un-muddle the fairy tales and set everything straight?

RANGER RITA’S ANIMAL ADVENTURE 3.45PM

A 30-minute, fun, fact-filled, interactive family show.

We’ll have you jumping up and down like a frog, standing on one leg like a heron and practising echolocation like a bat! Will you help Ranger Rita protect and preserve our nature reserves?

DRAMA WORKSHOP 4.15PM

A 30-minute drama workshop.

Held at The Folly Theatre in Winwick, Northamptonshire, in aid of The Bruce Green Foundation,  which provides a safe and secure foundation from which young people can flourish in education, at home and in the community by providing inclusive access to cultural and inspirational experiences.

The purpose of The Bruce Green Foundation is to create opportunities for children to smile, laugh and be inspired, also to boost their confidence to tackle whatever problems they may be facing now and in later life.

Put simply, the Foundation takes children and young adults from challenging home and educational backgrounds and gives them a chance to experience collective entertainment, to gain confidence and to reignite smiles.
